Bee Breath

Also, know as Bhramari. This breath is also a form of meditation because you are closing off your senses of sight and hearing too. Use your thumbs to close the ears and the first two fingers to cover the eyes. Keeping the mouth closed, take a deep breath in. Then, exhale with a sound of hmmmm or om, which should create a significant buzzing or vibration effect especially with your ears and eyes closed.
