1 Minute Resilience Reset-How to do it

Choose the practice you will use for your resilience resets.

Next, Set your alarm for 3 times during the day and 1 time in the evening to remind you to stop and do your practice as follows:

  • Before breakfast
  • At lunch
  • Mid afternoon
  • 30 minutes before bedtime

When the alarm or alert goes off, stop what you are doing and sit (or lie) in a comfortable position with your eyes gently closed. Do your chosen practice for one minute.
