Energy Envelope

This is a technique that gives a point value based on how much energy something takes, ranging from things like grocery shopping and going for a run to having a 10-minute phone call. It helps those with chronic fatigue and chronic pain manage their energy output so they don’t overextend and become exhausted. It helps bring mindful awareness to energy requirements for daily tasks and helps people manage fatigue so they can function better and avoid ‘boom bust’ cycles of energy over expenditure and then crashes.
