Healing Breath

This is a calming breath where you inhale slowly and deeply while expanding the belly, inhaling through the nose, and then exhaling slowly through the mouth while making a gentle ‘haaaaaa’ sound on the exhale. Try to make the exhale longer than your inhale but do not force. If you start to feel short of breath, do the practice more gently and stick to the exhale length that feels most comfortable for you today.
