Kapalbhati

Also known as cleansing breath where the to exhale is forcefully using the diaphragm strength to exhale and then let the inhale happen passively. This technique is often taught in a kundalini yoga class. Focus on the exhalation using the diaphragm and the inhale will happen naturally without needing to force it. Avoid generally if you are pregnant, or have certain health conditions (e.g. heart issues).
